Disclaimer

I understand that:

• All activities on site can be physically and mentally intense and may require extreme exertion to participate.

• The possibility of injury to myself and others exists.

• The playing area has varying terrain and may be slippery and have many trip hazards.

• There is the possibility of fallen tree debris.

• Eye protection must be worn at all times unless instructed by a marshal in the game area.

• Airsoft can cause bruising and/or cuts to the skin.

• Pyrotechnics omitting loud noise, smoke and/or bright light can be used during games.

• No guns are allowed in the safe area unless instructed by a marshal and must be made safe at all times.

• No physical contact is allowed between participants.

• Cars are parked in the car park at owners risk.

• Gunbarrel Creek Limited will not accept responsibility for valuables lost or damaged.

• All damages must be paid for in full before leaving the site (including equipment & game area damage).

I confirm and agree that:

• I am physically fit and mentally able to take the strain and extortion involved in participating.

• I will take caution if running onsite due to trip hazards or jump from stairs, towers, forts or platforms and will use hand rails.

• I have no medical condition that will prevent me from playing (please make the game marshal aware if you use an inhaler or any medical aids).

• I am fully aware of the risk to myself and others involved.

• I will wear full face protection and not remove it whilst in the game area at all times.

• If i remove my face protection i understand I could be ejected from the site due to safety.

• I will comply with the rules and use all equipment as instructed and not so as to hurt others or myself.

• I will obey all instructions from the game manager, site marshals & signage at all times.

• I will not shoot bbs at another player within 20 meters with DMR or snipers.

• I will only use pyrotechnics as instructed by the game manager and in accordance with the manufactures printed instructions on the pyrotechnic.

• I will pay any charges incurred before leaving the site.

• All children not participating should be supervised at all times. Failure to do so may result in being asked to leave the site without refund.

• I understand i will be ejected from the site if I break any of the rules mentioned above or in the safety brief for my activity due to safety.

• I have read and fully understood this agreement.

• I am aware that by signing this agreement.

• I acknowledge and accept the inherent risk of injury that entails.
