Our Nerf Wars Parties are hosted at our Outdoor Woodland site, Gunbarrel Creek, just outside of Lount, Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leicestershire.
We also offer a mobile Nerf party option, which enables you to have your Nerf party at a location of your choosing. We require 30 minutes before and after the party time to setup and take down the mobile Nerf arena. Please contact us for availbility.
We run a variety of game modes, including fortnite themed game modes.
We have toilets on site, a setup area for food and gifts to be left. Our site is fully fenced and secure.
To book your event, we will require a non-refundable deposit of £50 to secure your date, with the remaining balance paid on the day of your event (You can pay your balance before your start date, should you wish)

All parties are run by fully trained staff, with all support staff being trained too. All staff are DBS checked and we have two qualified safe guarding officers.
Package
We only offer one package, the cost of this package is £200 and includes:
Upto 35 players
90 minutes play time
30 minutes for food and celebrations
Ammo
Eye protection
Hire of the Woodland
Nerf guns
Mobile Nerf Wars Party Option:
Includes every as above, however, we require 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after your event to setup and take down.
We can use your food and celebration time to take down our arena.
Our package price of £200 does not include the hire of your chosen event location, this will be charged by your chosen location and is not the responsibility of Gunbarrel Creek Limited or its employees.
Food
We have tables setup for food, should you wish to bring your own, however, we can provide buffet style food or hot dogs for £4 per head.
To book food, we will require the amount of people, any dietary requirements and full payment of food a minimum of 1 week before the start of your event.
