Our Forest School
Our Forest School is under development with various projects taking place so we can open to schools and offer a School holiday club to children and adults and SEN people. We are owned and operated by Gunbarrel Creek Activity Centre CIC, a community interest company registered in England and Wales under company number 16477253.

Accessible walkway
We are actively trying to secure funding to build a raised accessible walkway, allowing a secure walkway from our carpark to our Forest School base. This includes a compacted stone path, after the raised walkway has finished over the waterway.

Secure fencing
After we have raise funds and built the walkways, we will be looking to secure further funding to ensure the Forest School base has a safe and secure fence to ensure the site is secure for all attendees.

Forest school equipment
Although we have the majority of the equipment we will need to help run our Forest School sessions, we may need further equipment. This section of the projects will allow us to establish what we will further need.

Open the Forest School!
When we have completed the 3 projects we have planned, we will be looking to open the Forest School by January 2026 at the latest. Sooner if we're able too!
